2 Turning points in one! Halfway to my objective (-30 pounds out of -60 pounds), and lastly out of the '' overweight ' category (>> 180lbs).
I have actually been doing basic CICO and Intermittent Fasting. Begun January 1st so this is 15-weeks development (-2.1 pounds avg/ week). At this rate I need to strike my objective late July/early August.
For workout I have actually been doing about 45min-1hr cardio (normally running) along with 15-30min light weight-lifting, 4-5 times weekly. I work an inactive WFH desk task 8hr/day.
All it takes is devotion and effort! If I can do it you can too!
